Who thrives on this plan - Those with an intermediate training background looking for a well-rounded training plan covering all of the bases. This person wants balance between strength, mobility, cardiovascular fitness, power, and resiliency and access to a coach as they go.
Modern movements features a full daily plan for those who don’t have the time to figure it all out themselves. This plan has 3 mandatory training days, and optional 4th day of training if you have the time, and 3 mobility days to help you best recover
Modern Movement is perfect for those with an existing background in training who are looking for a perfectly balanced program, utilizing all the equipment in their local gym. We aim to create an experience with all types of movement patterns to help bullet-proof your body.
Every 4-6 weeks, the plan takes a step forward following the same cadence. It comes with options to fit every schedule. Each training sessions falls between 45-60 minutes and all that is required is a gym membership.
On top of all that, you receive access to DB3 coaches and can compete against everyone else on the Modern Movements Plan
